Many of the parties we cater for are given an extra dimension with fabulous decorations, entertainment, cocktails, baking and more, courtesy of our talented circle of professionals.
The tapas menu will be a collaboration between you and Steve. The first step is when Steve contacts you to discuss your requirements. Because the menu is personal to you and your party, every dietary requirement can be catered for. Steve also wants you to love every single dish, so he’ll ask you about your favourite foods and flavours, creating dishes around any cuisine.
The result is an exquisite tapas tasting menu, consisting of either nine or eleven courses. The dishes are usually gluten free – this means you don’t feel bloated and have room to enjoy every course as Steve presents it to you.
Variety is the spice of life…and the spice of the menu too. Steve draws on his extensive knowledge and experience to create a series of unique dishes for you and your guests. Experience each dish separately and remember it well. Sip your soup from a jar through a straw, or sample a handcrafted salmon fishcake from an individual wooden board. Crunch on homemade potato crisps (part of Steve’s mini fish and chips), or dip a lamb bonbon in a chilli chutney and pop it straight into your mouth.
