Tremblay’s was hired by Veronica and her friends to deliver a feast for her Garden Party!
Valencia wanted to celebrate her fortieth birthday with a pool party at her home in Kent, with fifty guests. After an exciting discussion about her favourite food and listening to her expectations for the party, we selected a most delectable menu, with all the food to be cooked on a barbecue.
Valencia and her guests commenced with calamari canapes while we prepared the main dishes on the barbecue. The highlights of the menu included king prawns and lobster, as well as lamb chops and beef skewers, and we created four different salads to complement the meat and seafood. It was a mouth-watering menu, if we do say so ourselves!
In addition to cooking the food, Tremblays also provided waiting staff, as well as supplying china, cutlery and tableware. Charlie, our regular mixologist, was on hand to create exquisite cocktails.
It was a memorable party, for all the right reasons. Happy birthday, Valencia!
